Shipping Options and Delivery Guidelines

We now offer $9.95 Flat Rate Ground Shipping on all orders

to the 48 contiguous United States.

Note: Fedex and UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box

and they do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

If you want your item shipped to a PO Box

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

US Shipping - Some of our products are shipped directly from the distributors warehouse to you.

ALL ORDERS- are shipped via traceable carriers for your protection. Confirmation numbers will be provided via email once shipped.

Canceled Orders - Once an order is in process a 10% cancellation fee is charged if you cancel your order. If your order has shipped and you cancel the order, you will need to go through our Refund/Return process and you will incur a 15% restocking fee and all shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: US orders will ship to credit card billing address only, your shipping and billing address must match. We do not dropship.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING:

Normally items are shipped out to the lower 48 United States within 2-3 business days.

Alaska / Hawaii / APO / FPO / Puerto Rico and US Provinces please allow 3 extra days for processing as we need to use an outside shipping service.

Please allow up to 7 days for Priorty Mail and 21 Days for Parcel Post delivery to Alaska, Hawaii.

International Shipping:

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and 2-4 weeks for delivery. We ship via USPS through our outside shipping service.

International Customs Charges and Duties
International (outside the USA) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting.
