Product Guarantees
Any item other than closeout items, motorcycle helmets and special orders purchased on this site may be returned as long as the item is in new resalable condition. Any item that appears to be used or has been damaged prior to you returning the item to us will not be eligible for exchange/return and no refund or credit will be issued.
Motorcycle Helmets:
Worried helmet will not fit you? Just send the helmet back to us in new and unused condition and we will ship you another size of the same item.

Note: We now charge a $10.00 Exchange fee for helmets to cover our re-shipping cost.
We do not give refunds on motorcycle helmet purchases, exchange only in another size of the same style and color helmet. The helmet must be in new and unused condition in order to be exchanged, and all the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and with all accessories must be returned with the helmet.
If different size helmet is not available a store credit will be applied to your account.
(No cash/credit card or paypal refunds on helmets, no exceptions)
General Merchandise Returns:
There are two types of returns: Store Credit or Credit Card Refund
1) Recieve a store credit for 100% of the purchases price of the item returned.
2) Recieve refund for purchase price of the item less a 15% restocking charge.
Note: No refunds or store credit will be given on shipping/handling charges. All merchandise returned for credit or refund must meet refund/credit return policies.

2) You may use your store credit to purchase any item on our website.
3) The Store Credit must be used within 3 months of the return.
4) Store Credit will be for the returned items purchase price only.
5) We do not refund or give store credit on shipping charges.
6) Cash/Credit Card refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
7) All items being returned must be in the original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and with all accessories.
Return Shipping Charges.. Shipping charges for any and all returns are at buyers expense.
All item returns/exchanges are subject to below policies.
US order returns must have a RA number. (Return Authorization Number)
1) Please email us for the RA number and the address to return the item.
Note: Items received without a RA number will not be accepted and the item will be returned to you. |
