Bikers Leather 10-Day Return/Exchange Policy
Note: We do not except Returns or Exchanges on International /Canadian orders..All Sales Final..
 
Prices and merchandise are subject to change without notice. Bikers Leather is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors.
 
Product Guarantees
 
Any item other than closeout items, motorcycle helmets and special orders purchased on this site may be returned  as long as the item is in new resalable condition. Any item that appears to be used or has been damaged prior to you returning the item to us will not be eligible for exchange/return and no refund or credit will be issued. 
 
Motorcycle Helmets:
 
Worried helmet will not fit you? Just send the helmet back to us in new and unused condition and we will ship you another size of the same item.
(US Orders Only)
Note: We now charge a $10.00 Exchange fee for helmets to cover our re-shipping cost.
 
We do not give refunds on motorcycle helmet purchases, exchange only in another size of the same style and color helmet. The helmet must be in new and unused condition in order to be exchanged, and all the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and with all accessories must be returned with the helmet. 
If different size helmet is not available a store credit will be applied to your account.
(No cash/credit card or paypal refunds on helmets, no exceptions)
 
General Merchandise Returns:
 
There are two types of returns: Store Credit or Credit Card Refund
1) Recieve a store credit for 100% of the purchases price of the item returned.
2) Recieve refund for purchase price of the item less a 15% restocking charge.
 
Note: No refunds or store credit  will be given on shipping/handling charges. All merchandise returned for credit or refund must meet refund/credit return policies.
 
Note: 
1) All Returns Will Recieve Store Credit or Credit Card refund only.
2) You may use your store credit to purchase any item on our website.
3) The Store Credit must be used within 3 months of the return.
4) Store Credit will be for the returned items purchase price only.
5) We do not refund or give store credit on shipping charges.
6) Cash/Credit Card refunds will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 
7) All items being returned must be in the original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and with all accessories.
 
Return Shipping Charges..
Shipping charges for any and all returns are at buyers expense.
 
All item returns/exchanges are subject to below policies.
 
US order returns must have a RA number. (Return Authorization Number)
 
1) Please email us for the RA number and the address to return the item.
 
Note: Items received without a RA number will not be accepted and the item will be returned to you. 
Late Returns:
Unfortunately, items received after the 10-day return period cannot be accepted for credit or exchange , and your package will not be accepted and returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
What carrier should I use? 

You may use the carrier of your choice. Simply address your return package to the address given to you in your return email. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. We highly recommend using a carrier that has tracking information, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. If using USPS we recommend purchasing Delivery confirmation. Return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable.
General Merchandise Return/Exchange Acceptance Policy 
Please note: For an item to be cosidered for return/exchange you must follow the below instructions:
 
1) Item returns/exchanges must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
 
2) Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact and attached.
 
3) All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
 
4) Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually.
 
5) Returns/Exchanges that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund, store credit or exchange will be processed

Please follow the following procedures to ensure we process your return/exchange in a timely manner.
  • Send copy of Original Invoice with Order #.  (You May Need to send copy of email)
  • List Billing First & Last Name
  • List Email address used to place order.
  • List the item(s) that you are returning for credit or exchange.
  • Note the reason for the return/exchange of the unused, undamaged item.  
  • We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice number and return information for your records.
  • We also suggest sending all packages back to our warehouse Via FedEx or UPS. Keep the tracking number for your records.
  • Make sure to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  • If you send back your package VIA U.S.P.S, Make sure the package is insured and you add delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
  • We do not give store credit or refund any shipping / handling charges.
  •  Please address the package with the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship to the address given to you in the item return confirmation email.
  • Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip, in an appropriately sized box.
  • Please follow the above instructions to return merchandise as this will ensure your order will be processed correctly once it is received.
  • 5. After we have received your return/exchange, inspected it, and approved it for credit, we will credit your account and you will receive a confirmation email on the amount of your store credit or refund.
  • Note: Any item that appears to be used or has been damaged prior to you returning the item to us will not be eligible for exchange/return and no refund or credit will be issued.  You also may have to pay for reshipping of the item back to you.
           
Bikers Leather Order Cancelation Policy.
 Once an order is in process, items canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
 
Cancelation Fee Does Not Apply to items out of stock and on backorder. You will recieve an email stating your item is on backorder.
 
Any backordered items may be canceled prior to the items being in stock.
Once the item is in stock and an email has been sent saying order is in process a cancelation fee can be assessed if order is canceled. 
 
Product Warranties
All products are covered under manufacturer warranty only,
we do not warranty any product sold on this website 

 If you have a problem with one of the products we carry after our
10 day return policy, we will send you the information to contact
the manufacturer for their warranty information.
