14 - Day Return/Exchange Policy For US Orders
All Sales Final On International Orders,
No Refunds or Exchanges on International/Canadian Orders Because of the High Costs of Shipping.
 
US Returns/Exchanges
Note: All Shipping Costs Are Non Refundable 

Returns/Exchanges

All Request For Returns or Exchanges MUST be made within 14 days of delivery. All Returns/Exchanges Must Have A Return Authorization Number (RA #).
  • All Returns are charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Exchanges are charged a $10 Exchange shipping fee for any item to help cover our re-shipping cost.
  • Note: Exchanges can only be for same item in another size.
  • All Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All Returns or Exchanges must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#),  from Bikers Leather prior to returning any merchandise.
  • All Merchandise Must Be Recieved By Us Within 10 Days From The Date An RA# Has Been Issued.
Late Returns:
Unfortunately, items received after the 10-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange , and your package will not be accepted and returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
 
 
To Return or Exchange merchandise please follow these steps:
 
  • Before returning/exchanging any merchandise, you must first obtain a RA #.
  • You can obtain a RA # by calling  1.407.931.1888 or online, using our return/exchange RMA form on our site.
  • Once you have been issued a RA #, you may return your merchandise.
  • Please repack the merchandise in it's original packaging (the same way you originally received it).
  • Clearly write the RA # on the outside of the package.  (DO NOT write on the manufacturer's box). 
  • Packages without an RA # clearly marked on the outside will be REFUSED.
  • Enclose A Check Inside Box In The Amount Of $10 For Any Exchange - To Cover Re-Shipping Costs.
  • Please Include the following information inside the box:
  • A copy of Original Invoice with Order #.  (You May Need to send copy of email)
    • List Billing First & Last Name
    • List Email address used to place order.
    • List the item(s) that you are returning for refund or exchange.
    • If you are requesting an exchange please put new size request on invoice.
    • If requesting an exchange please include a check for $10 for reshipping costs.
    • Note the reason for the return/exchange of the unused, undamaged item.  
    • We strongly recommend you make a copy of your invoice number and return information for your records.
    • We also suggest sending all packages back to our warehouse Via FedEx or UPS. Keep the tracking number for your records.
    • Make sure to insure the package as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
    • If you send back your package VIA U.S.P.S, Make sure the package is insured and you add delivery confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

  • Once we receive and confirm the condition of the merchandise, we will then process your request for a refund or exchange.
  • Payment Of $10 for reshipping costs must be made before exchange Item will shipped.
  • If requesting a refund the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total once approved.
 
Damages:
  • If you receive a damaged item, you will have 5 days to contact us.  Please contact us immediately at 1.407.931.1888 and a Sales Associate will instruct you from there.
  • After 5 days, we will not be able to file a claim with our shipping company.
  • There will be no refunds or exchanges on damaged merchandise after the 5 days.

 Bikers Leather Order Cancelation Policy.
Once an order is in process, items canceled prior to shipping will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
 
Cancelation Fee Does Not Apply to items out of stock and on backorder. You will recieve an email stating your item is on backorder.
 
Any backordered items may be canceled prior to the items being in stock.
Once the item is in stock and an email has been sent saying order is in process a cancelation fee can be assessed if order is canceled. 
 
Product Warranties
All products are covered under manufacturer warranty only,
we do not warranty any product sold on this website 

 If you have a problem with one of the products we carry after our
14 day return policy, we will send you the information to contact
the manufacturer for their warranty information.
